A Week in the Life – Day 3

WooHoo – I’m done working for the week.  Today was about baking.

First we baked cornbread

then I made Apple-Cinnamon Bundt Cake
I took a pic before I dumped it out of the pan – just in case it all fell apart. But thankfully it dropped out all in one piece. Tomorrow I’ll shake on some powdered sugar before serving.

Then hubby and I packaged up the venison steaks we got out of the deer he shot Sunday.  Nice going baby!!

Finally we sat down to watch a little Syracuse Basketball – GO CUSE!!
